🌌 Premonition Dreams, Maps, and Messages

(from the series “My Mystical, Magical Life”)

Premonition DreamsMy childhood and teenage years were mostly quiet on the spiritual front. No mystical visitations, no voices, no visions—just the ordinary rhythm of growing up. If the universe was whispering to me then, I wasn’t yet listening.

But in my twenties, something shifted.

The Bookstore Awakening

One ordinary afternoon, I wandered into a bookstore—back in those good old days when you could lose hours drifting between aisles of possibility. I wasn’t looking for anything in particular when a small set of books caught my eye: a series on Numerology.

They seemed to shimmer on the shelf, as if lit from within. I picked one up, and my heart started to race. It wasn’t just curiosity—it was recognition. I knew I had to have them, even though they were expensive for my early working years.

Looking back, I think that was the day the metaphysical fast track began for me. Those books opened a doorway, and once it opened, the signs began to pour in.

💫 The Map Premonition Dreams Begin

Not long after, I started having premonition dreams—vivid, lucid, and unlike anything I’d experienced before. In them, I would rise above a map, floating high enough to see states, rivers, and coastlines spread out below me. The dream would zoom in, as if an invisible hand were guiding my attention toward a specific place.

The first one came in 1982.
I rose above the United States, the view narrowing to Louisiana, and then to the New Orleans area. Suddenly, I saw fire—flames and debris raining down through dark clouds. I could feel the turbulence, the chaos, the presence of bad weather.

The next day, I was stunned to hear the news: Pan Am Flight 759 had crashed in a New Orleans suburb.
The details matched my dream. I was gobsmacked.

🌠 The Star Wars Conversation

A year later, while I was pregnant with my first daughter, I lay down for a nap one afternoon. As I drifted off, I found myself listening to a conversation happening somewhere else—between President Ronald Reagan and his advisors.

They were discussing something called the “Star Wars Initiative”—a missile defense system. I didn’t see anyone; I just heard them, as if my awareness had tuned in to a private frequency.

When I woke, I told Terry about the strange experience. Neither of us had ever heard of such a thing—until, days later, it was all over the news.

That’s when I knew something extraordinary was unfolding. My dreams weren’t just dreams anymore. I was somehow seeing beyond the veil of time.

🌙 Another Premonition Dream – Fire Over Iowa

The pattern continued. In 1989, I had another dream—again floating above a map, again being drawn toward a location. This time it was Iowa.
Then came the vision of another fiery crash.

The next day, United Airlines Flight 232, a DC-10, went down in Sioux City.
The same details: fire, debris, and the deep sense of tragedy.

Even now, decades later, those dreams remain etched in my memory. They were my introduction to precognition—Spirit showing me that time isn’t as linear as we think.

💫 A Doorway to Knowing

Those early map dreams marked a turning point. They showed me that we are all connected—to each other, to the collective field, to the unseen web of consciousness that weaves through time and space.

For me, they were the beginning of a lifelong conversation with the Divine—a conversation that continues to this day.

Have you ever had a dream or premonition that later came true?
I’d love to hear about it in the comments.
