Sedona: A Psychic Awakening — Part 2
The Lifetime I Never Expected
Saturday arrived, and with it, our first full past-life regression. Before I take you into what happened, you need to know something about me as a kid:
I was terrified of water.
Not just uncomfortable — terrified.
If water hit my face, I would claw at myself, desperate to remove the sensation. Hair washes required multiple adults to hold me still. Even as I grew older and the panic softened, deep water — especially the ocean — always made my heart race.
But I never understood why.
And then came the regression.
The Past Life Regression
Dick gently guided us back through time, inviting us to observe a lifetime that was shaping the one we’re living now. No judgment. No trying to control. Just watching… like a movie.
Suddenly, I was there:
A wooden ship.
Dark skies.
Waves pounding like fists.
Salt spray in the air.
A storm at sea.
I saw a man — strong, determined — high in the rigging, trying to secure something as the wind roared through the sails.
Then…
A giant wave.
A slip.
A scream swallowed by thunder.
He fell.
Overboard.
Into the deep, churning ocean below.
And I felt it.
The cold.
The panic.
The final breath that never came.
I drowned.
I watched that moment, knowing that man was me in another lifetime… and the fear that lived in my body suddenly made complete sense.
At the end of the regression, a number flashed in my mind:
1761.
Healing a Profound Fear
When I came back to the room — back into my body — I felt lighter. Not just emotionally… but physically. It was as if part of me had finally remembered the truth:
I wasn’t afraid of water.
I was afraid of dying in water.
Understanding that changed everything.
And wouldn’t you know it…
After that weekend, being near water wasn’t nearly as scary.
A healing had begun.
