Questions For Contemplation – June 24-30, 2022

This week the Sun moves into Gate 52-Stillness and the Earth moves into Gate 58-Joy. During this morning’s card reading from Rosy Aronson’s, “The Wisdom Keeper’s Oracle Deck and Inner Guidebook,” I read the Questions for Contemplation. Here they are again for you in case you want to do some contemplation this week.

In the “Gene Keys,” by Richard Rudd, the Gift, Shadow, and Siddhi of Gate 52 (where the Sun is this week) are:

Gift of Restraint

Shadow of Stress

Siddhi of Stillness

Here are the Questions for Contemplation for Gate 52:

  1. Where are you feeling most restless and impatient?
  2. Where do you feel most stuck?
  3. What are the ways you experience (and express) stress?
  4. Is your body currently showing signs of burnout?
  5. Think of a time you practiced restraint, and it paid off.
  6. Reflect upon a current project. How can you re-infuse it with goodwill and a loving intention?
  7. What is a simple way you can reconnect with stillness today?

The Earth is in Gate 58-Joy this week. In the “Gene Keys” the gift, shadow, and siddhi are:

Shadow of Dissaisfaction

Siddhi of Bliss

Here are the Questions for Contemplation for Gate 58-Joy:

  1. Are you still clinging to the belief that you can, and should, create a perfect, peaceful future that will last the rest of your life?
  2. Are you still trying to recreate an old experience of joy?
  3. Are you looking for happiness outside of yourself?
  4. How have your unsatisfying experiences contributed to your evolution and growth as a person? To the service you provide?
  5. When have you experienced your vitality or a moment of bliss?
  6. Make a list of your life’s greatest dissatisfaction. How do you try to resolve or avoid these dissatisfactions? For a day or a week, go on a ‘resolutions/avoidance’ diet.
